BC Infrastructure Benefits

BC Infrastructure Benefits Inc. (BCIB) is a Crown corporation established by the Province of British Columbia in 2018. BCIB plays a crucial role in mobilizing and growing a diverse, safe, and skilled workforce by implementing the Community Benefits Agreement (CBA), an agreement between BCIB and the Allied Infrastructure and Related Construction Council (AIRCC). The CBA prioritizes safety and supports British Columbians’ access to good-paying careers, skills development, and apprenticeships, with a focus on the priority hiring of Equity Groups. KIMBO Design was tasked with completely designing and developing a new corporate website (www.bcib.ca) including a variety of page templates to serve BCIB’s diverse audiences, including skilled trades applicants, construction contractors, affiliated unions, stakeholders, and the general public curious about BCIB’s work and the CBA.
